Through the Site, users will be able to access information about the film “Fortunate Sons” and the related crowdfunding campaign (the “Film”). All users of the Site, including you, must read this privacy policy (this “Privacy Policy”) prior to using any portion of the Site or the Service.
By using the Site, you agree to all terms of this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with all such terms, you may not use any portion of the Site. We respect your privacy and we have written this Privacy Policy so that you will be aware of the information that we collect from you, how that information is protected, and how it is used. We will never sell any information you submit to the Site or the Service.
We may change this Privacy Policy from time-to-time. You are encouraged to review this Privacy Policy whenever you visit the Site to make sure that you understand our current Privacy Policy. If you do not accept any such changes, you must discontinue use of and/or viewing the Site or the Service.
Collection of Information
We may ask you to provide personally identifiable information, including, but not limited to, your name, postal address, email address, etc. (collectively, the “PI”) in order for you to access certain information on the Site or invest in the Film. We may also request or otherwise collect anonymous information from the Site and may aggregate, evaluate, analyze, and formulate trends from all such anonymous information, combine it with demographic information about users that we receive from our marketing or other partners. The information you provide is used to fulfill your requests in connection with the Site and to help us communicate with you about different resources offered as part of the Site, or in connection with other Company websites or ventures.

Chrome, etc.), the configuration used, the pages served, and the time and source of a request. Does the Company use cookies?

How does the Company ensure security of my information?
